MOVING!

My husband accepted a position at the Air Station, so we will be down soon. We are trying to sell our home in PA and find affordable housing there. Can anyone give some direction of places that are family friendly? I have been reading the online newspaper and see there are some crime waves going on in N. Beaufort County...where is that? Any advice on the area would be greatly appreciated!
